Domain Names registered with Pixelism are by default registered for a period of 2 years (longer periods can be obtained be request). When the domain name comes to the end of its registration period, for peace of mind, Pixelism will automatically renew the domain name on your behalf and send an invoice for the approprate renewall period.

Pixelism will send an invoice and notify you approximately 1 month in advance to the pending domain renewal.

Please note

If a domain name is no longer required, it is your responsibility to cancel any domain name renewals a minimum of 28 days prior to the domain name renewal date otherwise you will be invoiced and billed.

If website Hosting, Email, Matrixstats, Personal Control Panel or any other service provided by Pixelism that runs for a defined period are no longer required, it is your responsibility to cancel any renewals a minimum of 28 days prior to the service renewal date otherwise you will be invoiced and billed.

One Final IMPORTANT Point

Please note that if Pixelism did not register any domain names for you and only provides hosting, webspace or any other related service, upon the domain names expiry Pixelism will not renew the domain name for you and is not responsible for the domain name renewal.

You should be contacted by the registration company that originally registered the domain regarding renewal and billed according with them, Not Pixelism.

If you transferred your domain name over to Pixelism and requested that we take over the renewal then our standard automatic renewal process comes in to effect.
